Clinic Policies
Booking
All sessions are by appointment only. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation with your date, time, and location details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged up to the full session fee.
Travel & Location
I provide mobile massage within 0–46 miles of zip code 32533. Your space should be clean, smoke‑free, and large enough for a massage table and walking room.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to give you your full time, but your session may need to end at the scheduled time and the full fee may still apply. If the therapist is ever running late, the price will be adjusted to reflect the actual time used so the client is not overcharged.
Health & Safety
If you’re feeling sick, have a fever, or a contagious condition, please reschedule. I may decline or stop a session if it is unsafe or not appropriate for massage.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept the payment methods listed on my booking page. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
